End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the Antenna News iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, available at:

By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms of that EULA in addition to these Terms of Use.

The Service

Antenna News is a non-profit RSS reader that lets you follow publishers, magazines, creators, and other web sources you choose. The core reader experience is available without an account. Some features—such as syncing across devices, community feeds, or AI-assisted discovery—may require an optional account or an active Supporter subscription.

Antenna Supporter (auto-renewable subscription)

Antenna offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called “Antenna Supporter” sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system on iOS. The subscription helps fund development of the open-source project and unlocks supporter features.

• Title: Antenna Supporter
• Length: 1 year (annual)
• Price: Shown in the app at the time of purchase, in your local currency as set by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store and Apple Media Services terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Antenna News to violate the law or the rights of others (including publishers’ intellectual property rights), to interfere with or disrupt the service, or to send spam or automate abusive requests against publishers.

Third-party content

Antenna displays content retrieved from third-party publishers and feeds you choose to follow. We don’t own or control that content and aren’t responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability.

Privacy

Your use of Antenna is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Antenna News is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antenna and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when we do. Material changes will be called out reasonably (for example in release notes).
